These terms govern your use of kahlalabs.com, the website operated by Kahla Labs LLC ("Kahla Labs," "we," "us"). They do not govern paid engagements with Kahla Labs LLC — every paid engagement has its own signed Statement of Work that supersedes these terms for that relationship.
Use of the site
You may browse, share, and reference content on kahlalabs.com for personal or business purposes. You may not scrape the site at volume, attempt to access non-public surfaces (like the admin page), or use the concierge chat or voice agent for any purpose other than evaluating Kahla Labs.
The concierge chat and voice agent
The AI concierge and voice agent are demonstrations of the kind of system Kahla Labs builds for clients. They answer questions about our services, suggest engagement shells, and route serious prospects to a Systems Audit. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice on any topic outside Kahla Labs's services.
The Systems Audit
The Systems Audit is a free 30-minute call. We map your funnel, identify where leads are leaking, and send you a written Leak Map within one business day. There is no obligation to engage Kahla Labs after the Audit; the Leak Map is yours to keep, share, or implement with another vendor.
Statements of Work
Every paid engagement is bound by a Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, IP ownership, confidentiality, warranty, and termination. The SOW governs the relationship — these site terms do not. The SOW is sent after the Audit and must be signed before any billable work begins.
Intellectual property
Content on kahlalabs.com (copy, design, original photography, code) is © Kahla Labs LLC. You may quote from it with attribution. You may not republish or rehost the site or its assets. Trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and accessible, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the chat, voice agent, or scheduling embed. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer of service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahla Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid Kahla Labs LLC (zero, if you have only used the site).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are heard in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes materially. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
